We urgently require a Help Desk Support professional with 1-2 years solid help desk or support experience.
The successful applicant will be working for a successful expanding software house in Dorset close to the coast.
If you have a sound understanding of accountancy principles or experience of product support for well known accounting packages such as Sage, Iris, Access Accounts, Exchequer Enterprise or similar, outstanding customer service skills, excellent telephone skills and can work under pressure but remain calm then this position is for you.
The role involves supporting an accounting software package and knowledge of Windows networking issues is desirable.
You will be expected to liaise with Senior Support Technicians and Technical Authors to establish requirements for FAQ and testing of software anomalies, assist the development department with the testing of new or bespoke modules and assist with the installation and upgrade of software releases.
Accreditation training will be provided.
